There aren’t too many big time internet marketers that I really admire. I’ve done business with most of them, and the ones that are the best are the ones that I always continue to do business with because they are honest and ethical, and the information they offer is top notch.
Such is the case with Seth Godin. Seth Godin is actually a direct marketer and has been on the internet for a long time.

Raise your rankings in the search engines. Search engine optimization will help you drive targeted traffic to your site. This increases conversion rate.
Write articles on your products/services. Not only does this brand you as an expert on your topic, it also increases your credibility, which increases the chance of the sale. People are skeptical online. Give them a reason to trust you.
Write press releases. Let people know about your products/services. There are a lot of great sites on the internet that just don’t get a lot of traffic because the owner doesn’t know how to drive traffic to the site. Keep throwing your name out there.
Include this search engine optimized content on your site. This will help you get more traffic.
