It isn’t very often I talk about my personal life, or my faith, simply because one of my readers wrote me one time and complained that I was being “too personalâ€. I guess I took it to heart, and so I don’t say a whole to people online about my life.
However, I feel that what I have to say now is something that many of you can relate to, and so I feel compelled to share it with you.
I’ll be the first to admit that I am a Christian. Faith to me is a deeply personal belief, and I respect the rights of others to believe or not believe in whatever they want to.
What I’m about to say though really doesn’t apply to my faith though; it goes a whole lot deeper than that, and it’s something that I’m sure many of you can relate to.
I know what it’s like to be told that you’re worthless, that you won’t ever amount to anything, that as a woman I’m not as good as a man, that I can never achieve the things a man does because I was born the wrong sex. I know what it’s like to be valued as less and treated as less because I’m a woman.
I also know what’s it’s like to be told that “people like us†don’t have good things, or don’t achieve good things, or don’t rise above. That we don’t deserve to have good things or be something more than what we are right now.
Somehow I knew all of this was a lie, but I didn’t know until a couple of years ago what the truth really is.
Zen teaches that “When the student is ready, the teacher appearsâ€. Well, I’m not your teacher, but I am here to share something with you.
I’ve spent about half my life being told this garbarge. I’ve spent the other half of my life seeking the truth. I’ve been through counseling, AA, and more prescription drugs than you can imagine because the doctors thought I was bipolar.
I no longer have a drinking problem. I no longer take drugs. I no longer need to see a counselor. I no longer have to do any of those things because I know now just how powerful the mind really is.
What you think about who, and what, you are, is absolutely crucial to success in every area of your life. Unless you believe in yourself, unless you value yourself, you may achieve financial success the way many people have, but you won’t ever enjoy it. Money is not enough to make you happy.
You’re probably wondering now what my point is. It’s a cliché, but there are certain universal laws in effect that regardless of whether you implement them in your life, they are at work.
The Law of Command
The Law of Reciprocity
The Law of Attraction
All this stuff is based on physics, on science, and regardless of your faith, or lack of one, these things are at work in your life.
What first made me realize what I was doing wrong in my life in every area was when I read The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace Wattles. That’s when I finally realized that although not everything bad that had happened in my life was the direct result of my actions, my reactions to everything had resulted in the way my life was today. I was responsible for how I had reacted to all of it. I could choose to think I was worthless, useless, no good, or just plain garbage, or I could recognize my worth. Until I recognized my worth, no one else would.
If you truly want success in your business, you have to start at the beginning. You have to believe in yourself.
Out of 6 billion people on the planet, you are unique. You are here to do something special with your life, and you deserve to have it all.
If you haven’t seen the movie The Secret, you can watch it now, online, for free. You can also download a copy of The Science of Getting Rich. There’s no One Time Offer or anything like that. It’s completely free, no strings attached.
This should be your first step in creating the life you want.
You can buy the video, or you can watch it online for free: The Secret Seminar.
Now, what if you already know all of this, and you’ve been applying, but you don’t feel like you’re seeing results?
There always seems to be a next step to everything! LOL.
You need to start setting goals, decide what you want, and create a plan to get it.
