		<description>I agree Aaron. As long as the directory submission is concerned, Yes. This could be very helpful. However still in this current-age many SEO Companies (offering the submission services) just submit the directories either manually or with the softwares. I personally had some SEO clients from the Europe, who complaints about it. The reason is, They just link to directories list. Which is a kids play. 

The quality links can be obtained from the Directories in case having a clear idea about the company, products you are going to represent.

I will say. The forums are best way to get the quality in-links. Anyway. The picture should be clear.
