Once you have written an article, then you need to promote it. It won’t do you any good if you just write an article. You need to put it in front of as many people as you possibly can.

To be perfectly honest, there is only one tool that I use now to promote my articles: Article Marketer.

There are several reasons why I use this online submission tool, eventhough I’ve bought, as well as download other software submission programs.

First of all, this is a program that I have worked with Chris Ellington on. I gave him my list of article directories that I submit to. At the time, I was submitting to over 200 directories, and it was very time consuming.

It took me a long time to collect these resources, but it was worth every minute because these sites were getting me read, and they were making money for me by displaying my articles.

It’s a lot more convenient for me to submit articles this way. I can write about two to three articles a week and then submit them. It takes me a couple of hours to write my articles and edit them. Once I’ve done that, I just go to Article Marketer and submit them. I’m done. It’s simply, easy, and quick.

I can schedule my articles to go out anytime that I want them to go out.

I can also submit as many articles as I want.

I tend to stay in the two to three range, and sometimes I only submit two because that’s all I have time to write, but it increases my success rate in getting published. It’s not enough to be listed in all of the major article directories.

Although this does help me build my backlinks, I get a lot more publicity for my sites when webmasters also publish my articles in their ezines, as well as on their websites.

This has helped me to turn my articles into a viral marketing mechanism for my business, so I have multiplied my marketing efforts exponentially.

Besides establishing expertise, branding my business, and offering readers more value, my articles are marketing for me 24/7. This makes them a very powerful marketing strategy.
