I ran across this site when I was doing research, and I really liked it because it’s an excellent alternative to Wordpress.com. The reason is that you can do business blogging on this site, and it offers thousands of templates. You can also request themes, as well as templates.
This site is set up on the Wordpress MU platform, so it’s very search engine friendly.
What makes this site a lot better than Wordpress.com is that you can write product reviews, articles, and any kind of business content you want. You can use your affiliate links, and even write about affiliate products, as well as including your own ads in your blog.
Honestly, the best blog is the one you host on your own servers. That’s what I do with all my sites. However, if the thought of doing any kind of coding or website building makes you nervous, here’s a really good alternative to Wordpress.com.
