If you don’t know HTML, or you want a writing tool that looks, feels, and works more like your word processor, these tools can help you with writing and posting to your blog, and they’re all pretty easy to use.

You can use these tools instead of posting through the control panel of your blog.

Again, which one you choose is also a matter of preference, and what you feel comfortable working with.

w.Bloggar - This blogging tool allows you to maintain multiple blogs, and you can write your posts whenever you want. When you are ready to post, you just open the post you want, select the blog, and post it to the blog.

Works with a lot of different blog formats, including Blogger, Typepad, Moveable Type, and Word Press.


It’s only available for Windows, but it works on just about any system, and the creator is really good about working out the bugs in the program, so it’s pretty stable. Also available in other languages besides English.

Blog Buddy - This is a very basic blog publishing tool that works with Blogger or any other blog publishing system that uses the Blogger API. It looks and feels very similar to Word Pad, so it’s very easy to use.

This program is no longer being developed as far as I know, but the current version is stable.

Qumana - If you want to make some money from your blog, and you want a blog publishing tool with more features, this one is a good choice.

You can use it to post to an email account for your blog, as well as post directly from the program. It has all of the same editing and publishing features of a standard word processing program, so you don’t need to know HTML. Just type and publish.

You can place the ads anywhere in your post that you want, or you don’t have to include them at all. It’s very easy to use, has an extensive help file available, and it’s very stable.

It works with just about any blogging platform you can imagine, making it very easy to set up.

Blog Autopublisher - This software is the best of the best.

Not only is it a blogging tool, it’s also a search engine optimization and promotion tool. It’s the one that I use because it allows me to cut my writing time in half. It’s also a great tool for promotion because it allows you to ping other blogs, and it can help with all of the other tasks of blogging like trackback and finding content to write about.

This tool has a lot of the features that many blogging tools don’t, but it was written by a programmer who understands marketing.

It’s definitely worth a look, and if you are interested in catapulting your site to the top of the search engines, this one will definitely do it.
