Digsby

I love social marketing because I love meeting people. It’s a fun way to market your business, but it can also be very time consuming.

I personally had rather spend my time chatting and connecting with others than wrestling with these social marketing websites.

There is a very easy way to tame these sites and make it easier for you to stay in touch, connect with others, and market your products and services.

The software is called Digsby.

I found it when I was over on the Twitter site. Digsby is a chat client that allows you to keep up with the most important chat including Yahoo, MSN, Google, Facebook and others.

It’s also a whole lot more. It allows you to keep up with your other sites like Facebook, My Space, Linked In and Twitter.  This software makes it easy to check your messages, as well as find out what’s happening on each one of these sites.

Whether you have multiple email accounts or only one, this software will allow you to keep track of those accounts, as well as answer your emails right from the chat window.

To find out what is happening at each site, just roll your mouse over the appropriate site, and it will bring up a status window. You can see everything happening on that site at a glance. It really is very handy.

One really cool thing it allows you to do is put a chat widget on your site so you can chat with visitors. (That’s something I think I will definitely consider doing.)

I use lots of software in my business to get the job done. If I didn’t, I’d never have any time to do some of the other things I want to do.

As far as I know right now, this is only available for Windows users. If you want utilities for Mac, then I would recommend that you check out the Twitter site for more utilities you can use.
