I am a hardcore blogger. Because of it, I need to tools to help me write better and faster. With six blogs, it’s hard to stay organized.
However, I’ve found a way to do just that.
Although great blogging software is a must, you really need an autoresponder or subscription manager for your blog too.
You can find good autoresponders just about anywhere. All you have to do is search the search engines for “free autoresponders”. (Don’t forget the quotes. It’s makes it easier to find what you are looking for faster.
After that, you need good blogging software to write your posts.
If you only have one or two blogs, it’s really not a problem. All you have to do is post from the control panel interface. Most blogging scripts offer a Wordpad type panel you can use so you don’t need to write any HTML. You just use the buttons to help you create your links, highlight text, etc.
However, if you blog as much as I do, and you need to be organized, then good blogging software is the way to go. Once you set it up, all you do is write your posts, or set up your drafts and then post when you are ready.
There are two different blogging software programs I recommend that will really help you. It all depends on your pocketbook and which one you like the best.
Qumana - You can add as many blogs to this software as you like. You can also save your drafts, and this software does an excellent job of organizing your posts.
It also includes an ad network, and you can use the ads in both your blogs and on your websites. The ads it provides are very keyword oriented, so you can insert ads that are very targeted to your content. Since the ads are images, they are compatible with Google Adsense, giving you another stream of income for your blogs and sites.
Blog Auto Publisher - This is the tool I currently use, and I’m not sure how I ever got by without it. It’s cut my blogging time in half, helped me get my blogging tasks organized, and I’m writing more than ever before.
What I like best about this software is that it allows me to schedule my posts. This way, I don’t have to hit the publish button every time I’m ready to add a post to my blog. I can add the post to the schedule, and it basically goes out when I want it to.
This way, I can write several posts, and it will post my content for me. It makes my blogging a little more hands free, and I can write when I want, or as I have time.
There’s also the search engine optimization involved. The beauty of this software is that it easily allows you to create a search engine optimized blog.
You won’t create spam blogs with this tool; you’ll create blogs people want to read.
It also offers a video guide so you can take advantage of all of the features, you can add your advertising, import text files, and if you have multiple blogs, you can import posts from your other blogs to your current blog, saving you the time it takes to copy, paste, and reformat your post for the new blog.
It’s definitely a time saver, and I couldn’t do without it.
If you want a search engine optimized blog, this is definitely the tool for you, and it will cut your writing and publishing time in half. You’ll get a whole more done in a lot less time.
This program also allows you to add advertising, RSS feeds, and just about anything you need to add. You can use this program to feed your blogs top notch quality content indefinitely.
If you want more money from your blogs, you want this tool.
