Today is Thanksgiving Day in the United States. It is a day that we get together with our families and eat, as well as spend time together.
The holiday is based on the Puritans’ first year in the United States (before it became a country) to celebrate their survival. They invited the Native American Indians, and the Indians shared what they had. By sharing their food, they were able to save the Puritans from starvation.
Although I know that some of you are having a tough time due to job loss, or other losses in your life, I also know that a new year is just around the corner. Things will get better. Next year is an election year, and it’s an opportunity to undo the damage done this year by the current regime.
For those of you having a tough time, hang in there. Christmas is also coming, and I have a special series of blog posts planned that will lead up to Christmas day. They will include gifts of things I normally sell on my site. These gifts are intended to help you make more money, start your own business, and get ahead in your business.
Stay tuned. Have a great Thanksgiving and be careful tomorrow. It’s “Black Friday,” and all of those shoppers looking for big bargains will be out there spending money.
