Need Help? Here’s How I Can Help You

I have been getting a lot of support tickets lately, and those who are posting them aren’t bothering to follow up to see my answers.

If you log into my support desk, and you see a red dot next to the ticket, that means your ticket is complete, or there’s nothing I can do, so I closed it. Log in and read your ticket.

I do my best to answer these tickets as quickly as possible. Know this though: if you need me to explain how to do something, like build a website or write an ad, or anything like that, there is a charge. I simply don’t have time these days to do free consulting, and that’s exactly what I am being asked to do.

One of the things I’ve noticed about amateurs, other than the fact they give up too easy when starting a business, is that they expect you to spend your valuable time helping them and then expect nothing in return. Time is like any other resource in your business, and it’s extremely valuable. Once you spend it, you can’t get it back.

If you have trouble reading and following instructions, then you are definitely in trouble when starting a business. I’m seeing a lot of people ask me questions that if they had simply read the FAQ, they would have found the answer immediately.

Now, for those of you who do need help, I’m running a special right now. If you need email consulting, I’ll do it for $47 an hour, or up to 3 emails for $47. If you need phone consulting, I’ll be happy to offer you an hour of my time for only $97. That’s about half my rate.
