For my money, Wordpress creates the best blogging platform on the planet. Unlike a lot of programs that are developed through Open Source, this is a site building script that’s geared to marketers.
There are plugins you can use to not only optimize your blog for the search engines, but you can create Adsense on your blog, as well as add other types of ads.
There are thousands of templates, so you can create just about any look for your blog that you want.
If you need to maintain multiple blogs for your website, this is definitely the package to use.
The Wordpress team has also released a new forum software. If you need a forum, this is the way to go. It’s light and fast, and search engine friendly.
