On one of the forums that I’m a member of, we’ve been having a discussion on list building. List building is an important element in your business because it allows you to recycle your traffic, build a relationship with your visitors and make the sale.
If you can’t afford an autoresponder script, you can always install one. According to Matt Bacak, your own script installed on your site is more effective at getting your message through than if you use an autoresponder service.
One word of caution though: if you get any spam complaints, you could be banned by your web host. Exercise prudence in using your scripts, and use good business practices.
Anyway, there’s a free script you can get to create unlimited autoresponders on your server.
I tested this script and even installed it for a client. It’s very easy to use, and you can created unlimited autoresponders for both your readers and customers. You can also send them emails when you need to, and this system will create your autoresponder form for you so you don’t have to.
It’s very easy to use, and if you’re looking for an autoresponder script but can’t afford one, then this is a good solution.
