Recently one of my premium members cancelled his subscription. Sometimes you get feedback from your customers and sometimes you don’t. This customer was kind enough to give me some feedback.

He told me that my membership put him on information overload.

I know the feeling, and he’s probably right. I have so much stuff I want to give to my customers, but I realize now that it will only make things worse, so I’ll be making some changes and creating some more customized solutions.

This also made me realize that maybe I should talk about this on my blog. I know that some of you have started businesses and you don’t know where you’re going. Others are thinking of starting businesses, but you’re not sure where to go.

So, I’m starting a new series. What we will do together is explore starting a business from scratch. I’ll give you options, kind of like a flow chart. Maybe this will help some of you clarify where you are going and make it easier in starting a business.

The first step is, of course, to decide what kind of product you want to sell. Do you want to go into MLM, sell affiliate programs, or sell your own products and services?

That’s where we’ll start, and we’ll also talk about the pros and cons of each one, as well as incorporate the marketing as well.
